it took years to come up with a chef style salad on the menu because ss didn't want to put a plain jane chef salad on his menu. this is anything but. includes unique items like pickled okra, three meats, four cheeses, two eggs and south african peppadew peppers that are a little sweet and a little spicy, but very uncommon

this is the goto salad at ss. even if you think you don't like blue cheese crumbles, give this a try. very possibly one of the best salads you have ever eaten. and it's the combination of all the ingredients together that makes it happen. especially the blue cheese and poppy seed and if you don't like it, we'll make you something else
